What this covers

This policy applies to text messages sent to or from Tax Lab, including our ITIN line at 540-288-4047 and our main number at 540-701-1988.

Consent

Texting us — for example, sending “I need an ITIN” — is your consent for us to reply by text about your inquiry. We do not add you to a marketing list for texting us.

What we collect

Your mobile number and the content of the messages you send us, so we can answer your question and continue the conversation later. Do not send Social Security numbers, ITINs, images of identity documents, or bank details by text; we will give you a secure method when documents are needed.

How we use it

Only to respond to you, schedule appointments, and follow up on work you asked us to do. We do not sell, rent, or share your number with third parties for their marketing.

Opting out

Reply STOP at any time and we will stop texting that number. Reply HELP for contact information. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies with the conversation.
